On Wednesday March 1st, S.A.B. Aerospace participated on the Brno Space Day (https://www.hvezdarna.cz/space/) organized by the Brno Planetarium and Observatory. Thanks to the event, we were proud to host about 50 excursion visitors to our premises, ranging from 10 to100 years young, mainly high school students and shared with them what space projects are developed at SAB´s Brno offices and laboratories. For those who unfortunately did not fit in, we presented our efforts during the afternoon session in the Brno Observatory, together with other local space companies and cooperating universities. The event continued till the evening hours with a friendly interview with the first and only Czechoslovak astronaut Vladimír Remek and the ESA´s backup astronaut, and a jet pilot, Aleš Svoboda. Both gentlemen have a close relationship to Brno and its Observatory and play an important role in making the space industry attractive, not only, for the young generation.
